The old gymnasium at the old Gate of Heaven Church in the old Southie is in the process of being converted into two dozen 1-BR and 2-BR condos. As construction hammers onward, sales do, too, and briskly so: the conversion at 616 East 4th Street was the best-selling condo building in all of Boston in July. That's according to the latest figures from our pals at PropertyShark. Other complexes in the top 10 include past top-sellers such as Symphony Court and Parris Landing. There are also those we haven't seen too often on the list, including Hawthorne Place in the West End and the South End's 700 Harrison Avenue.
