Map: Best Boston-Area Parks For Catching Pokemon

To keep you from walking into traffic and each other

View as Map

'Tis no secret that Pokemon Go fever is sweeping Greater Boston. One of the biggest symptoms is people staring at their smartphones as they stride down sidewalks and other public rights-of-way, potentially colliding with those few not bitten by the augmented-reality bug.

To help prevent such collisions, we've mapped the best parks for catching Pokemon, including rarer ones such as Tauros, Lapras, and Chansey. Get off the beaten path. Hunt where it's less crowded and (potentially) cooler.

Like with our meta-map of where to find Pokemon Go in Greater Boston, this parks-centric map will be updated regularly. Let us know about any sightings of your own through boston@curbed.com or the comments section below.
