One of the busiest price points in the Boston condo market right now is $499,000. Don't ask us why. Maybe it's an aversion to round numbers; maybe it's a marketing thing. Whatever the reason(s), here are 10 units around the city asking exactly just that. We had to include those with pending deals because, frankly, condos go that fast in Boston. Those under agreement, however, were not included. And those that have closed are gone; you missed your chance.
