The 10 Priciest Boston Homes for Sale as Summer Ends

View as Map

We are running out the clock on the summer of 2015, and to mark its blessed end (this heat!) we've mapped the 10 priciest homes on the market in Boston proper as of late Wednesday. These range from a 26-room monster in Back Bay (pictured) to a just-listed three-balcony wonder right on the waterfront. In between are a penthouse that thought it could get $5,000 a square foot and neighboring townhouses that are not letting the need for renovations stop them from asking a mint.
