View as Map

The conversion of a former Suffolk University building in Beacon Hill accounted for four of the 10 most expensive home sales in Boston in February, according to figures that real estate search site Estately compiled for Curbed Boston.

The 14-unit conversion of 32 Derne Street also spawned the month's most expensive home sale, period: a more than $9,000,000 trade of the building's fifth floor.

This map of the 10 most expensive includes only sales that closed in February.
