Boston's Best-Selling Condo Buildings at the Start of Fall

View as Map

Whittier Place in the West End and the Baker Chocolate Factory in Mattapan (pictured) led the condo pack in September in terms of closed deals with six each, according to our pals at PropertyShark. Also showing up on the list were old stalwarts like the W, Porter 156 and Harbor Towers. The top 10 included relative newcomers, too, such as Seaport Crossing and Liberty Residence, both in Southie. Finally, the median sales prices of these deals ran the gambit from the low $300Ks to the low seven figures.
