The smallest condos for sale in Cambridge, mapped

Small does not mean less expensive, though

View as Map

There are currently seven condos on the Cambridge market under 600 square feet in size. That figure apparently defines "micro" right now on the northern bank of the Charles. (Not so on the river's southern bank: In Boston, "micro" can mean a much smaller place.)

Unfortunately for condo-hunters, these small sizes in Cambridge do not often translate into tinier prices. NeighborhoodX, the real estate research site that provided the data for this map, notes that each of the seven condos costs at least well over $600 a square foot.
