Cambridge's most expensive one-bedroom condos for sale, mapped

Smaller does not equal cheaper

View as Map

Like in Boston just across the river, small does not necessarily mean cheaper in Cambridge.

Case in point: the 10 most expensive 1-BR condos on the sales market right now, courtesy of real estate research site NeighborhoodX. The least expensive of these is $485,000 and then things scale quickly upward to within spitting distance of $900,000.

Interestingly, two buildings (2 Earhart Street in busy NorthPoint and the River Court condos at 10 Rogers Street) comprise half of these 10.
