Yes, it's true: Even with 42 points on our original heatmap, there is yet more development to plot (in fact, news of two projects broke in the last 18 hours: that of the 24-unit rental on East Fourth Street in Southie and the 278-unit one in Dorchester, near the JFK/UMass T stop).
