Charlestown's waterfront Parris Landing was the condo building with the most sales in June, according to our pals at PropertyShark. It was closely followed, however, by the brand-new Southie development 401 West First Street. Both Ritz towers also made the top 10 list as did one Harbor Towers spire. Also in the mix were Flagship Wharf and the W. Needless to say (though we'll say it) the median sale prices in all these buildings tended toward the high side. Such is the Boston condo market nowadays.
