Late 2014/early 2015 is shaping up to be a tipping point in the Greater Boston apartment market, with newer projects liable to pivot to condos and rents at the higher-end sure to come down, if not plunge. Those ground-shifts could be weeks or months off, though. What to do if you're in the hunt right this second?
