View as Map

Time to look back at that biggest of benchmarks: the 10 biggest house and condo sales in Boston during the past 12 months. We culled the multiple-listing service as well as public records and found 2014 mega-closings in marquee venues such as the Mandarin-Oriental and the Carlton House as well as at such coveted addresses as 74 Beacon Street (a.k.a. the Benjamin Mansion) and 211 Commonwealth Avenue (a.k.a. the Mason House). The cheapest numbers on our map went for $8.5M. The rest? For a lot more.
