Mapping the Busiest Boston Condo Buildings as 2015 Started

View as Map

Downtown's Ritz Carlton and Charlestown's Flagship Wharf were the two best-selling condo buildings in Boston in January, with each trading six units, according to stats assembled by our pals at PropertyShark. The top 10 for the first month of 2015 also included ballyhooed newcomers such as the Royal in the South End and 282 Marginal Street in game-change-y East Boston. There were also the usual suspects, including Harbor Towers and the W Boston.
