Millennium Place Tops Boston's Best-Selling Condos

View as Map

The prices of Boston condos are shooting through the roof of late as inventory remains brazenly low and new construction as sluggish as the Green Line at rush hour. So it is with little surprise that we see luxury fortress Millennium Place leading all Boston condos in number of sales in March. And it's further little surprise that the complex's median sales price is a gobsmacking $1,337,500. Other condos to make the top 10, courtesy of our pals at PropertyShark, include 45 Province, the Channel Center Lofts and 43 Coffey Street.
