All North End Condos for Sale Right Now, Mapped

View as Map

The average asking price for a North End condo as of May 31 was $852 a square foot, according to a new analysis from real estate research site NeighborhoodX. The analysis looked at market-rate condos for sale within the neighborhood's core, away from the waterfront and among the history-cradling in-roads. As for aggregate prices, those ranged from under $500,000 to nearly $1,500,000. This map shows all the market-rate condos for sale at the start of June in core North End, ones without contracts out or deals pending for them.
