The conversion of a Gothic Revival church spawned cavernous units such as this 4-BR, 3.5-BA condo asking $2,250,000. If it sells anywhere near that amount, it will set a Somerville price record. The ceilings are 60 feet in some parts and the spread comes with two parking spaces.

Another cavernous puppy, the 3,000-square-foot 2-BR, 2-BA condo just hit the sales market. It's asking $2,250,000 as well. It, too, would set a sales record for Somerville.

This 5-BR, 4-BA runs to well over 5,000 square feet, and comes with modern everything thanks to extensive renovations over time. It wants $1,999,999 after a $150,001 price-chop in late April. Even with that deep cut, 137 Sycamore would still set a Somerville price record were it to sell at or near its current asking.
