The Next Wave of Greater Boston Hotels

A new wave of hotels will add hundreds of hotel rooms to the Boston area in the next year and a half or so. These include luxurious additions such as 40 Trinity Place, where the two-level lobby starts on the 18th floor (it's rendered above) to boutique-y boutiques like the one slated for a site in Porter Square to more utilitarian lodges such as the twins planned for D Street in Southie.
