Charlestown's Parris Landing edged out fellow water-fronter Tower 1 of persnickety Harbor Towers as the best-selling condo building in Boston in October, according to stats from our pals at PropertyShark. Other condo buildings in the city seeing a brisk pace of trades as the weather turns include the venerable downtown dowager Heritage on the Garden and the newish Seaport Crossing in Southie as well as the reliably busy standbys 45 Province, also in downtown, and Porter 156 in Charlestown Eastie. As for the median sales prices of these many units, they run a surprising gambit from $358,744 to $4,500,000.
