Boston's best-selling condo buildings in August were all about ties, ties and ties, including for the top spot: 1293 Washington Street in the South End and Whittier Place in the West End, each with seven trades. Then there the several second-place finishers, including the little-big-condo-tower-that-could, 45 Province in Downtown Crossing, the old Gate of Heaven gym at 616 East 4th Street in Southie and the newish 401 West 1st Street (also in Southie). Finally, bringing up the rear of this top 10 were the Court Square Press building (again, in Southie and pictured above) and one more number. Thanks to our pals at PropertyShark for the stats.
