Let's go there, shall we? After all, there's been so much chatter of late about homes asking less than $250,000. Here then are 10 in Boston asking below just that right this second. We have to be honest: It was difficult to reach this magic number. Why? So many sub-$250K listings go so fast. That suggests that not only are there relatively few sub-quarter-mill spreads available in Boston, but there's a thirsty demand for them.
