It will get warmer soon, it will get warmer soon, it will get... You have to believe that. And with the warmer weather will come the traditional season of apartment-hunting. To get a jump on things, then, here in our latest Rental Heatmap are 10 apartment complexes throughout Greater Boston either new to the scene (Waterside Place and the Atmark officially opened just last week) or offering tenant sweeteners like free rent and no security deposit (or, in one case, an incentive for brokers to make it rain leases).
