View as Map

'Tis prime rental season in the Greater Boston apartment market, no better time to have that much more information about which complexes are offering tenant incentives such as free rent and which ones have gaping vacancies. So! Here is an update of our Curbed Boston Rental Heatmap, with said apartment buildings offering freebies and others newish enough to still have empties that landlords/developers would love to fill. As you'll see, most of these complexes are beyond core Boston. There, the rental market's just so mad-crazy, why bother? (And, if you have any further tips on which apartments are offering what incentives, do send along to the always-discreet Curbed Boston Tipline.)
