Even with the looming Luxury Glutpocalypse, the Greater Boston apartment market remains dog-eat-dog expensive. Where might a prospective tenant find the juiciest deals? Seven of these 10 complexes, in fact, are offering some amount of free rent (including one offering an astounding two months on select penthouses).
