Even with the looming Luxury Glutpocalypse, the Greater Boston apartment market remains dog-eat-dog expensive. Where might a prospective tenant find the juiciest deals? Check out the latest iteration of our Curbed Boston Rental Heatmap tracking the newest apartment complexes throughout the region offering the best incentives. Seven of these 10 complexes, in fact, are offering some amount of free rent (including one offering an astounding two months on select penthouses).
